Our client service team supports customers in all post-trade related matters. We help automate and streamline custody-related processes by leveraging our technology platform and channels such as sFTP and SWIFT. We assist with settlement, safekeeping, corporate actions, derivatives clearing, and FX transactions linked to custody.
We are also Finland’s largest provider of depositary services, acting as depositary for over 300 Finnish funds. We oversee fund processes such as valuation, cash flow, subscriptions and redemptions, and verify the existence of fund investments. In addition, we ensure that clients have the necessary procedures and controls for reliable fund management.
