Corporate and Investment Banking summer internship

Our Corporate and Investment Banking division (CIB) provides services to corporate and institutional clients. Each summer it offers talented university students an excellent opportunity to work in a global banking environment over the summer and to get to know SEB as a potential future employer.

Each summer, around 20 motivated students from the Nordic countries are selected for the CIB Summer Internship Programme, working in a specific role within different departments of the CIB division.

In Finland, the internship typically begins in May–June and continues until the end of August.

Recruitment periods for the programme may vary by country.

Recruitment process – CIB summer internship:

1. Application period each year in November
2. Online recruitment tests
3. First interview with HR
4. Second interview with the recruiting team
5. Recruitment decisions
6. Internship begins in June of the following year
