SEB’s Corporate Banking division offers advisory-based banking services aimed at Finnish large corporations, most of which operate internationally. Our customers include both listed companies and major privately owned firms.

Real Estate Coverage

Real estate is an industry that is becoming increasingly international. SEB’s Real Estate Coverage therefore serves its clients as a unified team across national borders.

Our services include bilateral and syndicated loans, capital market products, and support in connection with corporate restructuring. Clients also have access to SEB’s full range of securities services, currency and interest rate derivatives, liquidity management, and sustainable investments.

Our customers include listed property investment companies, real estate funds, institutional investors, and large individual property companies.

Financial strategy

The experts in SEB’s Financial Strategy team support our large corporate clients during strategic changes by assessing the company’s financial flexibility and financing options, for example in connection with acquisitions of other companies.

Sustainability is a natural and ever-present factor in discussions about debt capital, particularly when financing is linked to the company’s sustainability objectives.

Energy coverage

SEB supports energy companies with financing and advice to enable cleaner, low-carbon energy, backed by expert teams and Nordic leadership.

The energy sector is an industry undergoing major transformation. The demands for cleaner energy are stringent and the pace is rapid. From the perspective of energy companies, this creates a significant need for capital and financing. SEB has a strong commitment and ambition to support companies in transition with both financing and advisory services.
