Structured lease financing

We provide advisory and flexible financing solutions, enabling 100% project cost funding, long financing terms, that is 5–20 years, and full operational freedom. Leasing options include machinery, equipment, and buildings. We can also assess eligibility for Green Leasing.

Our Leveraged Finance team arranges loans and manages risk for private equity sponsors, corporates, and investors in unlisted companies. We structure and execute bilateral and syndicated loan commitments, offering senior and subordinated debt as well as super senior credit facilities, in close collaboration with our High Yield Bond team.

Project and infrastructure finance

We support private equity, corporate, and institutional clients investing in infrastructure projects with customised debt financing.
